Epartsfast Reviews – Customer Experiences with Shipping Delays, Wrong Parts, and Poor Support

I ordered multiple parts for my appliance from Epartsfast, including fuses and a heating element. The website promised quick shipping, but it took over a week just to get a shipping label, and another week before the parts arrived. When the package finally came, some parts were incorrect, and I had to pay return shipping myself. I contacted their support multiple times, but received little to no response. The restocking fees are steep, and refunds are incomplete. Based on my experience, Epartsfast does not live up to the claims on their website, and I would recommend researching other suppliers before purchasing.
