Epartsfast Reviews: Poor Service, Slow Shipping, and Misleading Parts
I ordered replacement parts for my dryer and paid for expedited shipping, but my order took over two weeks to arrive. Epartsfast never responded to my emails, and there’s no customer service number available. When the parts finally arrived, they didn’t match the description, and I had to modify them just to fit my machine. On top of that, they charged a 25% restocking fee for returns, and I had to pay shipping myself. Based on my experience, Epartsfast seems unreliable, and I would recommend purchasing from another supplier to avoid delays, poor customer support, and misleading product claims.
