I purchased several replacement parts from Epartsfast, including heating elements and fuses for my dryer. I paid extra for expedited shipping, expecting delivery within a few days, but the parts didn’t arrive on time. When I tried contacting their support multiple times, they ignored all my messages. The shipping tracking was confusing, and even after a claim with FedEx, the resolution was frustratingly slow.

Additionally, some parts I received did not match the description or fit my appliances properly. I had to modify or adapt them myself, which wasted both time and money. On top of that, their return policy is harsh, charging a 25% restocking fee and expecting the customer to cover return shipping.

Overall, my experience suggests that Epartsfast is unreliable, with poor communication and questionable product quality. I recommend carefully reading reviews and considering alternative suppliers before making a purchase.
