Nulifebeauty Reviews – Beware of Defective Products and Poor Customer Service

I purchased a device from Nulifebeauty and, based on my experience, I feel compelled to share a warning. The product stopped working within a few weeks, even though it was supposedly covered by a 30-day warranty. I contacted customer service multiple times, sent videos and photos showing the defects, and followed every instruction they provided, but they refused to issue a refund. They even required me to ship the defective item to Canada at my own expense, despite claiming to be based in Texas. The replacement they offered was also faulty, and their promises of vouchers or discounts were meaningless.

Based on my experience and what I’ve seen in other Nulifebeauty Reviews, this company consistently ships defective products, delays refunds, and makes returns unnecessarily complicated. Buyers should be extremely cautious. If you’ve purchased from them, be prepared to go through your bank or PayPal for a refund.
