I purchased several Nulifebeauty devices and, unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. The product arrived partially damaged, and the packaging was inadequate. From day one, the device malfunctioned — it wouldn’t charge properly, and some features simply didn’t work.

I immediately contacted Nulifebeauty customer service. While they responded politely, they repeatedly delayed providing a return shipping address, forcing me to pay for international shipping. Even after following their instructions, the replacement parts sent were defective, and my original device still didn’t function correctly.

After weeks of back-and-forth, I had to escalate the matter through my bank to get a refund. Multiple other customers have reported similar issues — defective products, poor support, and unclear return policies. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend purchasing from Nulifebeauty.
