Nulifebeauty Reviews – Beware Before You Buy

I purchased a device from Nulifebeauty and my experience has been extremely frustrating. The product arrived late, poorly packaged, and didn’t work as advertised. Within a few days, it started malfunctioning, and the remote was unresponsive. I contacted customer service multiple times and sent videos showing the defects, but their responses were slow, unhelpful, and at times contradictory.

When I requested a return, they refused to provide a proper U.S. return address and insisted I ship the item to Canada at my own expense, which cost nearly as much as the product itself. Even after following their return policy exactly, I had to escalate the issue through my bank to get a refund. It feels like a scam — defective products, terrible support, and no straightforward way to get your money back.
