Nulifebeauty Reviews: Buyer Experiences, Product Issues, and Customer Service Warnings

I purchased a device from Nulifebeauty and my experience has been extremely disappointing. The product stopped working after a few weeks, and the company’s customer service was unhelpful. I followed all their instructions, sent videos and proof that the device was defective, but they refused to provide a return shipping address in the U.S. and insisted I ship the item to Canada at my own expense. Even after complying, I have not received a refund.

Multiple customers report similar issues: defective products, poor packaging, misleading warranty periods, and delays in communication. While Nulifebeauty claims to be based in the U.S., many of their products come from China, and attempts to resolve problems often result in runarounds or being offered future discounts instead of refunds.
