Nulifebeauty Reviews – Warning: Defective Products, Poor Customer Service, and Refund Issues

I purchased a device from Nulifebeauty and my experience has been extremely disappointing. The product stopped working well before the warranty expired, and when I contacted customer service, they insisted I was using it incorrectly. I provided videos and photos showing the defects, yet they refused to provide a proper return address in the U.S. and made me pay high shipping costs to Canada for a refund. Multiple emails went unanswered or received vague responses. Even when they agreed to a refund, it required going through my credit card company. The device was poorly packaged, some items arrived damaged, and replacements were equally defective. Overall, this company’s products are unreliable, their return process is confusing, and their customer support is unhelpful. I strongly caution anyone considering a purchase—save your money and avoid Nulifebeauty.
