Slashop does not provide reliable service
I recently ordered a sofa cover and a waterproof blanket from Slashop, expecting delivery within 7–15 days. Weeks later, I have yet to receive confirmation or tracking information. Customer service has ignored multiple emails, and the return process is confusing and unresponsive. The products received were not as advertised—low-quality fabric, misleading photos, and ineffective features. It appears that some items are sourced from AliExpress and marked up significantly. Based on my experience and similar reports, Slashop does not provide reliable service, and I would caution others before purchasing.
