shopping experience is unreliable

I ordered multiple items from Slashop, including a sofa cover and a waterproof blanket, and my experience has been extremely disappointing. Delivery was delayed well beyond the promised timeframe, and my repeated emails to customer service went unanswered for weeks. When I finally received my items, the quality was far below what was advertised — thin materials, poor finishes, and designs that did not match the website photos. Attempts to return the products were frustrating, with false addresses and slow or non-existent responses.

It appears that some items are sourced from third-party sites like AliExpress but sold at inflated prices, and the return process is complicated with unreasonable conditions. Overall, based on my experience, I strongly caution potential buyers. While there are occasional updates from the company, the overall shopping experience is unreliable, and the risk of poor service or scams is high.
