However, my second and third orders were delayed significantly. On my last order, I waited 3 weeks for delivery when they promised 7-10 days. Customer support was helpful when I inquired about the delay, but the issue had already created frustration. Sizing is generally accurate - I haven't had to exchange items for fit issues. The product quality matches descriptions for most items, though a few garments showed minor defects. Pricing is competitive; I found some great deals during their sales. The return process is straightforward, but they do deduct a restocking fee which feels unnecessary. Their website crashes occasionally during heavy traffic periods. Overall, Razys offers decent value and selection, but inconsistent delivery times hold them back from being a top-tier platform. If you're patient with shipping, it's worth trying.
