Good quality, but delivery took longer than expected

I recently purchased a winter jacket from Stellaya and overall had a decent experience with mixed results. The product quality is genuinely good - the material feels sturdy and the stitching appears well-done. The design is trendy and exactly as shown on their website, which I appreciated. The colors are vibrant and haven't faded after several washes.

However, my main concern is the shipping timeline. While their website promised 7-10 business day delivery, my package took nearly three weeks to arrive. I contacted customer service, but responses were quite slow. When they finally replied, they offered a modest discount for my next purchase, which was a nice gesture but didn't fully make up for the inconvenience.

The sizing also ran slightly small - I typically wear a medium but had to exchange for large, though return shipping wasn't prepaid, costing me extra money.

The product itself deserves a solid rating, but the logistics and customer service need significant improvement. If you can be patient with shipping times and don't mind the sizing inconsistencies, Stellaya offers decent value for trendy clothing. I'd recommend ordering early if you have a specific deadline.
