Confusing interface, limited support
I created an account with Bitlarck hoping to find a secure and user-friendly digital wallet for managing my cryptocurrency holdings. Unfortunately, my experience has been disappointing overall. The sign-up process was more complicated than expected, requiring multiple verification steps that took several days to complete even though I submitted all requested documents promptly.
The wallet interface itself is confusing and not intuitive, especially for someone who isn't deeply technical. Basic functions like sending or receiving funds require navigating through multiple menus, and the terminology used isn't always clear. I accidentally almost sent funds to the wrong address because the confirmation screen didn't highlight the recipient information prominently enough. Thankfully I caught the error in time, but it made me nervous about using the platform.
Transaction fees are higher than what I've experienced with other digital wallets, and they're not transparently displayed until you're about to confirm a transaction. Customer support has been my biggest frustration—I submitted a ticket about a failed transaction and didn't receive a response for nearly a week. When they finally replied, the answer was generic and didn't address my specific issue. The platform does have decent security features like two-factor authentication, which I appreciate. However, the overall user experience and lack of responsive support make it hard to recommend Bitlarck when there are more established and user-friendly alternatives available.
