Decent Jacket Quality but Delivery Was Slow

I ordered a Serremo jacket after seeing their social media ads, and I have mixed feelings about my purchase. The jacket itself is well-made with good stitching and quality materials. It's windproof as advertised and keeps me warm during chilly morning walks. The design looks stylish, and I've received a few compliments on it.

However, the shipping experience was disappointing. The website said delivery would take 7-10 business days, but my jacket arrived after nearly three weeks. I tried contacting customer service twice during the wait—the first email went unanswered, and the second received a generic automated response with no tracking update. When the package finally arrived, there was no explanation for the delay.

The sizing also ran slightly smaller than expected. I ordered a large based on their size chart, but it fits more like a medium. I'd recommend sizing up if you're between sizes. The return policy seems complicated with restocking fees mentioned, so I decided to keep it despite the snug fit.

For the price point, I expected better customer communication and faster shipping. The jacket quality is decent enough that I'm giving three stars, but Serremo needs to improve their logistics and customer service responsiveness.
