Expensive with Inconsistent Quality

I ordered several flannel shirts from Serremo, expecting good value for the price point, but I was disappointed overall. The clothing arrives looking nice in photos, but the actual quality doesn't match the premium pricing. The fabric feels thin and wears out quickly, and I noticed pilling after just a few washes.

One item arrived with a misaligned seam that makes it unwearable. When I contacted customer service about a potential return, the process was unnecessarily complicated and slow. They wanted me to wait weeks for a response, which is unacceptable for a defective product.

The prices are quite high compared to competitors offering similar or better quality. Shipping is expensive too, and there are no free shipping options even for larger orders. The website doesn't clearly show material percentages or care instructions before purchase, which adds to the frustration.

While Serremo's designs look trendy online, the execution falls short of expectations. For the cost, I'd rather shop elsewhere where quality is more consistent and customer service is more responsive. Not recommended unless prices drop significantly.
