Ordered a Product on October 25 and I…

I placed an order on October 25, and as of today, I still haven’t received anything. At this point, I’ve completely lost confidence that the product will ever arrive. The shipping updates have been vague or nonexistent, and there has been absolutely no reassurance from the company about where my order actually is.

What’s even more disappointing is the lack of communication. I’ve tried checking for updates and reaching out, but nothing has helped move the situation forward. When you spend your money, you expect at least some level of transparency or customer support, but I haven’t gotten either.

Unfortunately, this experience has left me feeling frustrated and doubtful about the reliability of the store. If an order placed months ago still hasn’t arrived—and no one is willing to explain why—it’s hard to trust the company again. At this point, I’m convinced the product won’t show up at all.
