This Company Is a Scam
This company is an absolute scam, and I strongly advise everyone to stay far away from them. I placed an order for a power bank on October 20th, 2025, and it did not arrive until November 26th—more than a month later. Throughout that time, I repeatedly contacted their support team and kept receiving empty assurances that my order was on the way. The delays and excuses were so constant that I eventually forgot I had even purchased anything.
When the package finally arrived, the disappointment was unbelievable. The product I received looks nothing like what was advertised on their website. It isn’t “slightly” different—it is nowhere close to the description. I would say it’s not even 10% of what was promised. The quality is terrible, the performance is awful, and it feels like complete rubbish. It was a total waste of money, trust, and time.
What frustrates me most is knowing that many customers could fall into the same trap. I wish I had checked Trustpilot or independent reviews before purchasing. Unfortunately, I relied on the carefully selected reviews posted on their own website, which completely misled me.
Please be warned: do not buy from this company. They should not be allowed to operate with this level of dishonesty. I’m sharing my experience so no one else has to go through the same disappointment and frustration.
