Decent Platform But Has Some Safety Concerns

I've been using Skokka for about three months now to browse local listings. The platform loads quickly and the search filters work fairly well, making it easy to find what I'm looking for. I managed to complete several transactions without major issues. However, there are definite concerns worth mentioning. The verification process for sellers seems minimal - I've encountered several listings from unverified accounts, which made me hesitant to proceed. Response times from support were slower than expected; it took about five days to get an answer to a basic question. Another downside is the lack of buyer protection guarantees. The platform also displays quite a few suspicious listings that don't get removed promptly despite reports. On the positive side, the layout is intuitive and the mobile app performs adequately. Some transactions went smoothly with reliable sellers, and the overall interface is clean. I'd say Skokka works okay for casual browsing and low-stakes transactions, but I wouldn't recommend it for significant purchases without extra caution. The platform needs better seller verification and faster customer support to be truly competitive.
