Decent Flight Deals but Poor Customer Support
I used Flygcity to book a flight to Stockholm and found some decent deals on their platform. The website interface is straightforward, and comparing flight options is relatively easy. The prices were competitive compared to other travel booking sites.
However, my experience was marred by poor customer support. When I had an issue with my booking and tried to contact them, responses were slow and unhelpful. My questions were never properly answered, and the chat support seemed automated. This made me extremely frustrated since I had a genuine concern about my flight dates.
The booking process itself was smooth, but finding contact information for customer service proved difficult. When I finally reached someone, they couldn't resolve my issue adequately. This left me with a bad taste about the company despite the good initial flight deals.
