Mixed Experience with Decent Quality
I ordered a couple of graphic tees from Polyalien because the designs looked unique and the ads emphasized premium cotton quality. The ordering process itself was straightforward and I received confirmation emails quickly, but the delivery took noticeably longer than I expected for a domestic-looking brand. When the shirts finally arrived, the prints looked close to what was shown online, but the fabric felt more like a cotton-poly blend than true heavyweight cotton and the sizing ran smaller than the size chart suggested.
Customer service was a mixed experience. My first email about the sizing got an automated response and then a delayed follow-up asking for photos and measurements, which made the exchange process feel drawn out. In the end, I decided to keep the shirts and use them more as casual workout tops rather than everyday premium tees.
Overall, Polyalien isn't a total scam, but it also doesn't fully live up to the marketing hype in terms of fabric quality, consistency of sizing, and responsiveness. If you do order, consider sizing up and be prepared for slower shipping.
