Decent quality but inconsistent delivery times

I purchased a remanufactured transmission from this company last summer. The product itself arrived in good condition and after installation, it has been performing well so far. The quality of the transmission seems solid based on my experience. However, my main complaint is with the delivery timeline. I was initially quoted a ship date of 5-7 business days, but it took nearly three weeks to receive my order. The company was not very responsive to my follow-up emails during that waiting period. Customer service eventually responded when I called directly, but by then I had already been waiting longer than expected. That said, once the transmission arrived and I had it installed, there have been no issues. The pricing was reasonable compared to other suppliers I checked. The warranty information was clearly outlined, which gave me some peace of mind. For anyone ordering from them, I'd recommend calling rather than relying on email support if you need quick answers.
