Poor product quality and misleading product descriptions

I ordered several vaping products from Alivape and was quite disappointed with my overall experience. The e-liquids I received had a noticeably different taste than what was advertised on their website. The descriptions mentioned premium flavors, but what arrived seemed like lower-quality products. Additionally, one of the vaping devices I purchased developed a malfunction within two weeks of use. The battery would not hold a charge properly. When I attempted to contact their customer service about the defective device, the response was delayed and unhelpful. They offered no replacement or refund, just vague suggestions to troubleshoot on my own. The prices seemed reasonable initially, but considering the poor product quality, I feel like I wasted my money. The packaging was basic and didn't provide proper protection during shipping, which may have contributed to the device damage. I've purchased from other vape shops with better quality control and customer service. I would not recommend Alivape based on this disappointing experience.
