Lairs They tell you they sent it when they didn t

I made an order almost a month ago I was emailed a tracking number so I assumed it s on its way After a while of the tracking number not pulling up I emailed them to find out where this is shipping from since I know international may not show till it hits customs They tell me due to covid it s stuck at their local Usps Last week the tracking updated to show the label had just been printed but Usps was still not in possession of the package I email again They tell me I have already received package 1 and package 2 will ship later Umm no I have received nothing and why the hell did I have to choose a different option on one of my items if your going to ship separate I could have waited for the one I wanted to be in stock I have seen lots of reviews with similar experiences Luckily I used PayPal and if I don t get my items soon and a good tracking number I will go through them to get my money back Now I ve wasted a month waiting for stuff I need and have to start all over Thanks Alivape
