Decent products but delivery could be faster

I ordered several kitchen items from Kitchentime and the selection was good with reasonable prices for Swedish market standards. The products themselves are of decent quality - I bought some cookware and kitchen utensils that have held up well over a few months of use. However, my main complaint is the shipping time. It took almost two weeks to receive my order, which felt longer than expected for a domestic Swedish company. The tracking information was minimal and updates were sparse. Customer service was polite when I inquired about the order status but couldn't provide much additional information. The packaging was adequate but nothing special. I appreciated the product descriptions on the website, though some photos could have been more detailed. Overall, it's a reasonably good option if you're patient with delivery times, but I'd recommend they work on speeding up their fulfillment process to be more competitive with other retailers.
