Good Products but Delivery Could Be Better

I ordered a classic brown leather jacket from Leatheroxide after seeing a few mixed reviews online and decided to give them a chance. The ordering process itself was straightforward, and I received an order confirmation immediately, but the delivery took a bit longer than the initial estimate, arriving about a week later than expected. When the jacket finally arrived, the packaging was neat and the jacket had no strong chemical smell, which was a relief. The leather feels reasonably good for the price point, though it is slightly stiffer than I had hoped and the lining is thinner than what the product photos led me to believe. Sizing was mostly accurate, but the sleeves are a touch longer than ideal, so it does not sit perfectly when worn over lighter clothing. I contacted customer support with a sizing question and they replied after two days with a polite but fairly generic response. Overall, the jacket looks stylish and works fine for casual wear, but the slower delivery and minor quality details keep it from being a perfect experience. A decent option if you are patient and manage your expectations.
