Appalling Experience – Unable to Cancel Subscription and No Customer Support Response

My experience with this service has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. After subscribing, I quickly realized that it was not something I wanted to continue using. All I wanted to do was cancel the subscription so no further payments would be taken, but that turned out to be far more difficult than it should ever be.

Despite trying multiple times to cancel, there was no clear or functional option available to stop the subscription. I reached out to customer support hoping for a simple solution, but unfortunately, I received no response at all. Emails and messages went unanswered, leaving me feeling completely ignored as a customer. The lack of communication made the situation even more stressful, especially with the concern that money would continue to be deducted in the following months.

To be clear, I was not asking for a refund or any special compensation. My only request was to cancel the subscription and prevent future charges, which should be a basic and straightforward process for any legitimate service. Instead, the experience felt misleading and unprofessional. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to be very cautious before subscribing, as canceling appears to be unnecessarily difficult and customer support is unresponsive.
