However, my main complaint is the shipping timeline - it took nearly three weeks to arrive, much longer than the stated estimate. For occasional orders, it's acceptable, but I'm not sure I'd order regularly at these rates. If they improved their shipping and offered better protective packaging, I'd rate this higher.
