Decent but with some room for improvement

I ordered from Darkpick after seeing a few interesting items that were priced a bit lower than similar products elsewhere, so I decided to give them a try. The ordering process itself was straightforward, and I didn't run into any issues at checkout. The main downside for me was the delivery time. The order took longer than I expected to arrive, and although it wasn't extremely late, it definitely wasn't fast either. I had to wait a bit more than the standard shipping window mentioned on the site.

When the package finally showed up, everything was intact and reasonably well packed. The product quality was okay overall, but not as impressive as the photos made it look. The materials felt decent, just not as premium as I had hoped based on the description. On the plus side, sizing and fit were generally accurate, so I didn't have to deal with returns. I contacted customer support once to ask about the shipping delay and got a polite response, but it took a couple of days to hear back. Overall, my experience was mixed: not terrible, but also not good enough that I'd recommend it without reservations.
