Average Selection With Inconsistent Quality

I visited Pop-grocery twice over the past month to try their shopping experience. The store layout is organized and easy to navigate. They offer a decent range of products including fresh produce, frozen items, and household essentials. However, product quality varies significantly. On my first visit, fresh vegetables were crisp and well-stocked. The second visit showed older-looking produce in some sections. Prices are competitive, though not exceptional compared to other local grocers. Staff was helpful when asked questions but not proactive about assistance. The checkout process was straightforward both times, though slightly slow due to limited registers being open. Cleanliness was acceptable but some shelves could use better organization. Shopping at Pop-grocery is functional but not remarkable. The inconsistent produce quality bothered me most. For regular shopping, they're adequate but lack the polish of larger chains. I'd probably continue shopping elsewhere unless they improve their quality consistency and customer service attention. They have potential with better inventory management and staff training improvements.
