Solid paper quality and decent service

I recently placed an order for some specialty paper from Paperstraight for a home project I was working on. My experience was overall quite positive, though there are a few areas that could be slightly improved. The ordering process on their website was straightforward and I didn't encounter any technical issues while checking out, which is always a plus.

In terms of delivery, my package arrived within the estimated timeframe, taking about five days to reach my doorstep. The packaging was sturdy enough to protect the paper from any creases or moisture during transit. When I opened it, the product quality actually exceeded my expectations; the texture and weight of the paper were exactly as described on the site.

I did have a brief interaction with customer support to clarify a shipping detail, and they were polite and responsive. What I really liked was the consistency in the paper's color across the whole batch. One improvement could be more frequent tracking updates, as there was a two-day gap where I wasn't sure where the package was. Overall, I’m happy with the value for money and would likely order from them again for future projects.
