Good Quality, Minor Delivery Issues

I placed an order with Paperstraight three weeks ago for some specialty paper and a couple of classic items. Overall, I'm pretty satisfied with my purchase. The paper quality is exactly what I expected—premium weight with great texture. The materials feel durable and well-made. However, my delivery took about 10 days longer than the estimated timeframe, which was frustrating. Customer service did respond to my inquiry about the delay, explaining there was unexpected demand on their end. Once it arrived, everything was packed securely. The only minor issue was that one item didn't quite match the color in the photos as closely as I hoped. It's still nice, just slightly different in person. Overall, Paperstraight delivers solid products and decent service. I'd recommend them, though I hope they can improve their delivery times. Would definitely order again despite the wait.
