Mixed experience - quality items but delivery concerns

I ordered a couple of track pants and a sweatshirt from Sportpacks about 3 weeks ago, and I wanted to share my honest experience with others. The products themselves are nice - good quality materials and the fit is what I expected based on the size chart. However, the delivery was slower than anticipated. My order took longer to process than I'd have liked, and tracking updates were minimal. I started getting worried around day 7 without clear communication about the status. In the end, everything arrived intact, which was a relief, but the wait definitely tested my patience. The items are definitely wearable and seem durable, so the actual merchandise quality isn't the issue here. I'd say if you're not in a hurry and can wait longer than typical e-commerce timelines, Sportpacks could work for you. Just manage your expectations about shipping speeds. The selection is decent and the prices are reasonable, but I'd recommend ordering well in advance if you need something by a specific date. Overall, it's an average experience - not terrible, but not exceptional either.
