Beautiful pieces but shipping took longer than expected

I recently ordered a personalized necklace as a gift and was impressed with the quality and design. The craftsmanship is evident, and the personalization details were exactly as I envisioned them. The piece arrived beautifully packaged, which made for a wonderful gift presentation. However, I must mention that the delivery took considerably longer than the estimated timeframe provided during checkout. It took about three weeks longer than initially promised, which was disappointing given I had planned to give this as a birthday gift. The customer service team was somewhat unresponsive to my inquiries about the delay, which added to my frustration. That said, once the necklace arrived, all concerns melted away because the quality truly is exceptional. The materials feel premium, and the attention to detail in the personalization is impressive. If the company can improve their shipping timelines and customer communication, they would be a five-star experience. For now, I'd recommend them with the caveat that you should order well in advance of when you need the piece.
