Solid selection and helpful staff, minor delivery delays

I recently ordered some plumbing supplies and power tools from Toolstation, and overall I'd say my experience was pretty good. I placed my order online for collection at my local branch, and the website was straightforward to navigate. They had a decent range of products at competitive prices, which is what initially drew me to them.

When I went to collect my order, the staff at the store were genuinely helpful and friendly. One of the team members even took the time to recommend a few additional items that would work well with what I'd bought, which I appreciated. The store itself was well-organized and easy to find what I needed.

However, I did notice a slight delay with my collection notification. The website said my order would be ready within an hour, but it actually took closer to three hours before I got the text confirmation. It wasn't a huge inconvenience since I planned my trip accordingly, but it's something to keep in mind if you're in a rush.

The product quality met my expectations, and the prices were fair. I'd definitely shop here again for future DIY projects, though I might allow extra time for collection orders.
