Mixed experience - Some items delivered, others problematic

I've ordered from MyGadgetJoy twice in the past eight months. The first order arrived within two weeks, and the product quality was decent for the price. However, my second purchase was a different story. I ordered a kitchen gadget set advertised on their website for about $25. The payment processed, but I received a confirmation email mentioning a subscription charge I never agreed to. After contacting support, they eventually refunded part of the charge, but kept the initial order fee. The customer service took nearly two weeks to respond. I did manage to get the product eventually, but the experience left me frustrated. Positive side: some items are good value. Negative side: the subscription trap is real, and response times are slow. If you order, read all the fine print carefully before checkout. I'd be cautious about this site—there are better alternatives out there.
