Product arrived but quality didn't match the photos

I ordered a personalized photo backpack from MyPhotoBags about two months ago for my daughter's school year. The bag did arrive within the promised timeframe, which is the only positive. However, when opened, the quality was significantly lower than advertised online. The photos on the backpack appeared pixelated and washed out compared to how they looked in the website preview. The material feels cheap and already shows signs of wear. The seams are starting to come loose after just a few weeks of normal use. When I contacted customer service about a possible return, they were dismissive and offered only a small discount on future purchases rather than a proper refund or replacement. They claimed the product was "as described," but the photos were clearly misrepresented. I would not recommend this company to anyone. There are many better options for personalized products out there that don't cut corners on quality. Save your money.
