Disappointing experience with an undelivered order
I ordered what I believed would be a thoughtful and educational Christmas gift for my grandkids. The item was supposedly shipped from Croatia on 12/12/2025, but as of 1/15/2026 nothing has arrived. I later received a notification from the postal service stating that there was an item associated with illegal postage. Based on this experience, the company appears unreliable and untrustworthy, and I would not recommend purchasing from them.
