Ordered a protection amulet and cleansing kit here after a difficult year, drawn by the detailed descriptions of traditional sourcing. The items arrived reasonably quickly and were nicely presented with informational cards about their supposed origins. My reservations are about substance rather than service: nothing in the package offered any verifiable provenance despite premium-sounding claims, and prices sit well above comparable items from established practitioners I later consulted. If the ritual meaning matters to you, buy from someone whose lineage you can actually trace.
