Looks Like a Scam Based on My Experience

Update: One agent told me my order would ship in two weeks. After I pointed out that it had already been three weeks since I placed the order, another agent responded saying she expected all orders to ship within seven days. Due to these conflicting responses, I requested a cancellation and a refund to my bank card. Now I am waiting to see how long it takes them to come up with a reason for not issuing the refund.

I am not sure what went wrong, but after placing my order on 11/26, I only received one confirmation email. As of December 15, I have received no shipping details, no updates, and no further communication. I can see the charge on my card, but there has been no follow-up at all.
