Boots Did Not Fit and No Response From Company

I ordered a pair of boots, but when they arrived, they were too tight around the ankle and I could not fasten them. I emailed the company to request a return and refund, assuming it was a British company, but I received no response. I emailed again and still heard nothing, so I contacted my bank.

The company replied to my bank stating that the price charged was fair, but that was never the issue. The problem is that the boots do not fit and cannot be worn. I now have to follow up with my bank again and hope they will support my case.

I was not aware of the Trustpilot reviews at the time of ordering, but going forward I will always check reviews before purchasing. I genuinely believed this was a UK-based company. Thanks to everyone for sharing their experiences and feedback.
