Good at first with ton of information
The process takes a bit of time when items are shipped, mostly due to fulfillment. RTB Shopper doesn’t actually carry inventory, as everything is shipped through Best Buy. I was fortunately able to contact someone at Best Buy to get the shipping process moving. It took about two and a half weeks to receive my order, but it did arrive on or around September 20th.
