Joined this cashback platform after comparing rates across competitors. The headline percentages look attractive and initial payouts did arrive, small ones anyway. Problems compound over time: tracking fails silently on maybe a third of transactions requiring manual ticket submission with proof screenshots, larger cashbacks above twenty pounds mysteriously sit pending far longer than stated windows, and support responses grew slower as my balance grew larger, suspiciously so. Withdrew what I could and moved remaining activity to a more established platform that tracks dependably.
