Poor Experience With Order, Delivery, and Refund Process

If I could give this company zero stars, I would. I had to select one star just to be able to write this review.

I ordered a pair of shoes for my husband as a Christmas gift back in December, but the item never arrived. I contacted the company multiple times through email, and at first, they told me the shipping company had lost the package and offered an 80% refund. I requested a full refund since I never received the product.

They agreed initially, but later kept delaying the refund, repeatedly saying their refund system was down and could not process payments until it was fixed. Months have passed, and as of March 4, I still have neither the shoes nor my money back.

At this point, I feel completely disappointed with the experience and would strongly advise others to be cautious before purchasing from this company.
