Disappointing Quality and No Customer Support

I ordered a pair of custom sneakers from Footgearlocker as a gift. The ordering process was straightforward and the website looked professional enough, so I had reasonable expectations.

When the package finally arrived - well after the estimated delivery date - I was extremely disappointed. The shoes looked nothing like the product photos. The materials felt cheap and the custom printing was poorly done with visible smudging. They were clearly knockoff quality being sold at premium prices.

To make matters worse, I tried to contact customer service about a return or refund. I sent three emails over two weeks and never received a single response. There is no phone number listed anywhere on the site.

I would strongly advise against ordering from here. The product quality does not match the advertising, and the complete lack of customer service means you have no recourse if something goes wrong. Save your money and buy from a reputable shoe retailer instead.
