Misleading Product and Disappointing Quality
I recently received a wall clock that was completely different from what was advertised. The product shown on the website appeared to be a high-quality 3D design, but what arrived was a flat clock made from cheap plastic with none of the features I expected.
The item feels low-quality and does not match the promotional images at all. I regret not researching the company before placing my order, as the product fell far short of the description and expectations.
I have already submitted a refund request and am waiting to see how the company responds. Given my experience, I am extremely dissatisfied with both the product and the overall purchasing experience.
