We rolled this project tracking tool out across our ten-person team four months ago. Strengths: deadline visualisations are the clearest I have used and the learning curve was gentle enough that even our least technical colleague adopted it willingly. Weaknesses surfaced over time: reporting exports lack customisation for client-facing summaries, integration with our CRM syncs unreliably every couple of weeks requiring manual reconciliation, and per-seat pricing creeps up quickly beyond small teams. Decent middle-market option, neither the cheapest nor the most capable.
