Poor Quality Products and Difficult Refund Process
Avoid this company. While it may not technically be a scam since it does deliver clothing, the items are dropshipped from China and the quality is very poor. When I requested a refund, they initially denied it using questionable reasons, such as claiming discounted items were ineligible, even though nearly everything on the site is discounted. They then instructed me to return the items to a warehouse in Italy where delivery could not be completed because no one was available to receive them. After that, they stopped responding altogether. I eventually contacted my credit card provider and was able to receive a chargeback. Based on my experience, this is not an honest business, and I would recommend avoiding it.
