Purchased a wool coat and knitwear here ahead of winter. The coat is genuinely lovely, dense weave that blocks wind properly, and it has become my default outer layer. Sizing inconsistency across items tested patience though: coat fitted true while both jumpers needed downsizing, each requiring return postage at my cost against their policy fine print. Delivery speed was acceptable at eight days. Quality justifies consideration for statement pieces, but order one item first to calibrate their sizing before committing to multiples.
