Failure to Deliver and Lack of Communication
I placed an order for five shirts and a hat three weeks ago and still have not received it. I've sent multiple emails but have yet to receive any response. Since no merchandise has been delivered, I plan to work with my credit card company to dispute the charges.
After posting my experience, the company's response contained statements that did not reflect the situation. It was the first time they contacted me, and only after I shared the facts publicly.
What I find most frustrating is the company's unwillingness to accept responsibility. There has been no delivery, no clear explanation for the delay, no apology, and no meaningful customer service.
