DLP Extended Warranty Is Great

Purchased my DLP 7 year - or 84,000 mile Extended Exclusion Warranty in January 2024 with my used Ford F-150 for $4000. Approximately 1 year later my Alternator quit working. Took it to the repair shop, gave them my DLP Warranty papers and 2 days later received a phone call that my truck was fixed and ready to go. I paid my deductible of $200 for a $750 parts and labor repair and was on my way. The next repair was 7/3/26. This time I had heat and AC coming out the driver and passenger sides at the same time. It was diagnosed as the heat box actuator doors were broken. Had to take it to a Ford dealership as the local repair shop didn't have the proprietary software needed to complete the repair. The repair total was $3400 according to the service writer. Again, I paid my deductible and was on my way. Neither time did i speak with any DLP representative. the repair shops took care of everything. I'm not sure where these negative reviews come from because my experience has been much different. Dealer Loyalty Protection has been honest in their representation of their Extended Warranty. Thank you DLP.
